We are a well established professional services firm seeking a CORPORATE Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate MUST have previous reception experience within a CORPORATE professional services environment.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Receive and redirect incoming calls
Greet a high volume of clients and provide exceptional customer service
Administrative duties requiring intermediate to advanced MS Word
Retrieve, sort and distribute incoming mail and couriers daily
Co-ordinate meeting room bookings
Collect outstanding accounts
Maintenance of internal meeting rooms, copy rooms and kitchens
Other clerical duties as requested
2-3 years proven reception experience in a similar environment
Professional presentation and pleasant telephone manner
Organized and able to multi-task
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially MS Word
Exceptional communication skills – must speak English fluently
Ability to work well under pressure
