Sale Hours: Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007: 10 am – 5 pm
Move out: Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007: 5 pm – 8 pm

Rental Rates
Includes Table and 2 Chairs per Booth
(Single booth size 10’ x 10’ or 100 sq. ft. Prices are
based on per company, per exhibitor.)
• 1 booth – $400 per booth (plus 6% G.S.T.)
• 2 booths – $375 per booth (plus 6% G.S.T.)
• 3 booths or more – $340 per booth (plus 6% G.S.T.)

Payment Schedule
1/3 due with application. Balance due August 15, 2007. Any balance unpaid after August 15,
2007 will bear interest at the rate set out in the invoice from Show Management. Contract is
valid on acceptance with or without deposit. No exhibitor will be permitted access to the
event facilities unless all amounts are paid in full.
